Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for your orders! If your item is premade, it will ship out within 7 days of placing the order, if it is made to order or custom, it will be made and shipped within 7-14 days of placing the order. I try to work as quick as I can, but please be patient with me! 

Refunds and returns are not accepted. If an item is marked delivered by USPS, I am not responsible for lost items. If a package is lost, please reach out to USPS and file a claim. If an item gets damaged during transit, I'll be happy to replace it and remake it for you, as long as I receive photographic proof of damage. 

I am not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may occur on international orders.
